| Processing is an open source programming language and environment for people who want to program images, animation, and interactions. It is used by students, artists, designers, researchers, and hobbyists for learning, prototyping, and production. It is created to teach fundamentals of computer programming within a visual context and to serve as a software sketchbook and professional production tool. Processing is also used in connection with Arduino (which was the subject of our Feb meeting)

| Make DVD episodes 1-4 will be shown at Tim M's house. Also available for viewing will be the Hackers R Peeps 2 video Kevin A brought us back from DefCon, and gaming for those who prefer it. The Public Works Department gave these summary measures of the city-wide efforts: "Over 620 pounds of litter was collected by A Litter Bit Better volunteers during the fall event. An estimated 1.179 volunteers picked up 64 sites that covered many locations around Rochester." This was 12 loads of trash, removed from our environment! |
