In the past our holiday party has occurred at Pwned (now closed), Area51, or as a LAN party.  This year we're having a board/card game night at Tina's house.  We'll play whatever you bring (zombies aka Last Night on Earth, Arkanam Horror, RoboRally, many versions of Munchkin, Fluxx and The Great Space Race have all made previous appearances).  We also need a couple people to bring folding tables and chairs, and some to bring snack foods/beverages.  Please RSVP using the wiki, including what you plan to bring.

This park has a nice playground for the littles, picnic tables, and room to fly kites, as well as usually being unpopulated.  The lack of trees and being on top of a hill mean it's pretty bug free (not that we should hopefully have to worry about that in April) even when there's not enough breeze to fly the kites.
11:30 am, at the Apache Mall food court near B&N.  Look for a flock of funny, fanciful, non-ficticious people.


Please bring your family and friends who might want to hang out.  Bring your own kites.  If you don't want to sit at the picnic tables or on the playground equipment, bring your own folding chair.  And bring your own beverage.  Since it's April, we're skipping the traditional ice cream.

Chris Abbey on digital photo processing.  Those of you who went on the October social photowalks, send your pictures to Chris in advance or bring them to the meeting.  Culling is the first step, so don't feel like you need to reduce in advance the pictures you took.
We're planning pickleball, and a geocaching hike on a new trail at Northern Heights Park (start on the WSW side and walk clockwise).

Outdoor Social: Saturday April 25

In celebration of National Kite Month, bring your kites and come join us as we try to fly them.
