We will be attending "The Social Network" movie next Friday, November 19th, for our November social.  Since showtimes aren't published this far in advance, Tina will announce closer to date which time and theater we'll be at, it won't be before 6 pm.

=== "Technical Meeting": Friday December 10th ===
Due to lack of input as well as former hosting sites such as p0wned having gone out of business, Tina is hosting a gaming night at her house.  Email her if you need address and/or directions.  Start time is still in flux, probably 6 or 7 pm.  Note that this is NOT our usual second Thursday, we pushed it back one night so people don't have to deal with getting to work in the morning.


We play whatever you bring. Please consider bringing a folding table and chairs, board games, card games, video games, video game system accessories, and/or snacks and beverages.  Tina can provide one table, ~7 chairs, lots of floor space, a large yard with some floodlights, two tv's, a Wii with some games but only 2 controllers, a PS2 with some games (and again only 2 controllers?) including DDR with one dance pad.  RSVP's of the types of stuff you're bringing would be appreciated so we don't have overstocks of some items such as four people hauling their folding table and chairs, or everyone bringing chips.

Well, not really a crisis, but we do need some meeting topics (& speakers) for 2011. We'd like to know what you want to see and hear about. Please email Tina or Tim with suggestions for topics. Should we run some previous sessions again (maybe something you really wanted to see but missed out on)? We'll walk from there through the two stages of GCANZKD in Northern Heights Park, and decide on the fly if we're taking a path out of the NE side of the park to also grab GC9W5MG.
