Some of us will probably make this more than a day trip. Carpools and hotel arrangements will shortly be organized on the [http://www.k-lug.org/SocialMeeting Social] page. The Putnam Museum will have 2 IMAX movies playing (one of which will be Kilimanjaro). Their special exhibit will be the GPS Adventure exhibit. Their permanent exhibits include "river, prairie & people", "black earth, big river", "hall of mammals", "Asian, Egyptian gallery", the "discovery room", and photography of "Iowa's wild places".
